Rookie mothers visitor Becky Senf is a museum curator of photography in Phoenix, Arizona. She sent me a link to an on the internet collection of pictures she has put together on Art picture Index (API).
It is a thought-provoking exhibition with lovely pictures of household life around the world. Her text addresses the phenomenon of being judged as parents, while the pictures enable us to look at — as well as judge — others.
Many of the pictures make me want to see much more from the artists, as well as so I am linking to both the show, titled Not MY household Values, as well as the private artists.
